The level of precision and durability required from both injection molds and metal stamping dies, as well as the fabrication techniques required by both, are so similar that Plastic Experts has chosen to arrange to supply both product lines to our customers.

Plastic Experts applies the same systems to metal stamping dies as are used in our precision injection mold fabrication shops. All work is under the supervision of our designers and technicians. Die fabrication proceeds according to our project management processes, and adherence to production schedules is monitored on a daily basis so that our customers are always fully aware of the progress of their projects. Since we have the option to use one of several die making groups in our local area, or to send the work to one of our European sources, our customers are always assured of the best value in metal stamping dies.
